Ticket Giveaway
Bretz Injury Law is giving away two sets of four (4) admission tickets to the 51st annual ABATE of Kansas Labor Day Rally, taking place at Paradise Point, Lake Perry, Ozakie, KS from September 3-7th.
The ABATE of Kansas Labor Day Rally Ticket Giveaway begins August 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CDT and ends August 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CDT. To be eligible to enter, you must be a legal resident of Kansas, like or follow Bretz Injury Law's Facebook page, and comment on the giveaway post according to the posted requirements.
The giveaway is subject to the Official Rules below.

Official Rules

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
1. Eligibility
The ABATE of Kansas Labor Day Rally Ticket Giveaway ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the State of Kansas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or who have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate couple’s members of Bretz Injury Law, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins August 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CDT and ends August 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CDT ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Complete the entry requirements listed in the giveaway post. Unless otherwise stated, only one (1) entry per person is permitted during the Promotion Period. Information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be used only for administering the giveaway and will not be sold for unrelated marketing purposes.
4. Prize & Odds
No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Bretz Injury Law. Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on August 28, 2026, and contacted through Facebook. The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification or Bretz Injury Law reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The winner may pick up the prize at: Bretz Injury Law, 3 Compound Drive, Hutchinson, KS 67502 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), or make alternate arrangements approved by Bretz Injury Law.

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Bretz Injury Law permission to use the winner's name, likeness, and photographs for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Bretz Injury Law, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, advertising agencies, promotion partners, and Facebook from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Bretz Injury Law is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, illegible, or technically defective entries or communications.
9. Governing Law
This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within Kansas.
